Project No.1
Project Name: CNC gear cutting machine
Project Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra
Project Details: This is old CNC gear cutting machine. The customer requirement is to replace the old CNC system with brand new FANUC CNC 0i TF series. I worked on Electrical wiring design , PLC programming, installation, commissioning and testing the machine.
I have developed full FANUC PLC ladder for whole machine functions, did initial machine settings, testing and took component trials.
This project is repeated for two machines

Project Name: Component pick and place automatic pneumatic based robot for CNC turning machine
Projects Details: Customer wants to reduce operators on machine. The requirement is automatic component pick and place for CNC machine.
I have developed FANUC PLC ladder for automatic robot and interfacing did between machine and robot
